Antique kariatide wall consoles (or wall ornaments) in Neoclassical or Baroque style. A kariatide is a supporting column or bracket shaped as a female figure. Features & Uses: Function: They serve as decorative wall brackets (consoles) on which a shelf, mirror, or artwork can rest; or for the fireplace opening. Style: Classical design with an Ionic capital above the head of the draped female figure. Material: concrete with plaster; weight about 22 kilograms per piece.
