Lidded vase (2) - Pottery

A decorative set of two pieces of **Alcobaça ceramic, Portugal**, consisting of an elegant **lidded amphora/urn with two handles** and a **tall elongated vase**.

Both pieces feature rich floral decoration in shades of red, pink and burgundy on a light background, with ornamental motifs characteristic of traditional Portuguese decorative ceramics from Alcobaça.

The pieces show **signs of age and damage**, which should be carefully considered before bidding:

* The **lidded urn** has been broken in the upper/head area and has been **previously glued and repaired**.
* The **tall vase has a visible crack/fissure**, as clearly shown in the photographs.

All damage and previous repairs are disclosed and documented in the photographs. Please examine all images carefully, as they form an integral part of the description and accurately show the current condition of the pieces.

Despite the damage, this remains an attractive decorative set of **Alcobaça ceramics**, with distinctive forms and traditional floral decoration.
