Description from the seller
SKE - "Crash Level One" - 02/10
Ultra-limited edition of only 10 copies.
There are heroes who run to save the world. Crash, he mainly learned to crash into it.
For a whole generation raised on CRT screens, memory cards, and replays until knowing every trap by heart, Crash Bandicoot is not just a character: it’s a jolt of memories. His impossible smile, his uncontrollable energy, and that very personal way of turning every obstacle into a programmable accident are instantly recognizable.
With Crash Level One, SKE projects this video game icon into a rougher environment: metal plates, black and yellow safety tape, splatters, chipped paint, Japanese typography, and the OPEN / POWER controls of the legendary PlayStation. The 90s cartoon meets here a street and industrial writing, as if the first level had left the screen to end up directly on a wall.
The composition does not aim to reproduce a game cover or a capture. It reworks the collective memory around Crash to draw it into its universe: more urban, more graphic, more chaotic, while preserving what makes the character instantly identifiable.
Crash Level One speaks to those who haven’t forgotten their early hours of gaming, but who today want to rediscover that energy in the form of a true collectible piece. The kind of artwork that first triggers a smile of recognition… then the urge to find a place for it at home.

Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.
Upon receipt, remove it carefully and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours, so it naturally regains its shape before framing.
ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in hardware or home decor stores.
Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and affordable; they showcase the works perfectly.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-rounder who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s market value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, cementing his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE also asserts himself in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of pop culture, bold graphics, and textured surfaces characterize a style that has become essential.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Renowned & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work sits within a prestigious lineage. His linework carries the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while embracing the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to reinterpret the Mona Lisa by Da Vinci, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawn from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and to Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of a Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside the logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you’ll encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes that evoke the glossy surface of a Jeff Koons or the facets of a Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
