- FRAMING TIPS
Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.
Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours to allow it to return to its natural shape before framing.
ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in hardware or home decor stores.
Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant, and affordable; they perfectly showcase the works.
- The artist’s word: "This Chronique Urbaine collection is a dialogue between past and present, a fusion of classical grandeur with the raw energy of the street. It embodies the timeless nature of art, where the ancient marble of Grecian statues meets the bold colors and shapes of modern graffiti. Every spray stroke on this piece is a bridge between two worlds, a tribute to art history and its ongoing evolution, challenging borders and epochs to create something entirely new—a symbol of cultural resilience through the ages."
- ARTIST BIO
SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his body of work.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with dual meaning, marry the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then chosen as Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by Opulence Gallery in October, and has also been featured in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE is also making a name in the digital artwork market, a major trend of the past two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of pop culture, bold graphics and texture play define a style that is now essential.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Renowned & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His style shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to subvert the Mona Lisa by Da Vinci, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr. Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with characters like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo world and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), as well as Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The symbol of the Dollar sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also includes automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass-consumption icons like Coca‑Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes that sometimes resemble the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your home.
