Moonlight is an original oil on canvas by Artur Sudak (born 1965), 100 x 70 cm, signed in the lower left as Sudak '26, in ideal condition and unframed, from Poland, Neo-Impressionism, with a certificate of authenticity, 2026.
Description from the seller
Moonlight is a moving tale about the passage of time and the beauty of imperfection. The central point of the composition is a large, glowing moon suspended above a calm surface of water. Across its surface runs a deep crack, from which streams of liquid gold pour out. This gold hardens, turning into a straight wooden swing floating in the air. A thin stream of gold continues to drip from the swing, creating a radiant golden circle on the water, reflecting cosmic glow. The artist builds an extraordinary space here through masterful manipulation of deep shades of sapphire and cobalt, contrasted with warm ochres and gold.
