In this work, SKE evolves Gaston: he has swapped his old taco for a yellow Porsche. A clear upgrade. Yet a detail betrays his attachment to the past: he kept the same colors as his old car, like a nostalgic wink to his beginnings.
The success is there, the symbol is strong, but Gaston does not renounce anything. He moves forward without erasing what he was. Luxury becomes a continuity, not a rupture. The object impresses, the character remains faithful to his laid-back, smiling spirit.
Through this reappropriation, SKE plays with the codes of social success and personal memory. Progress does not erase history; it extends it.
Pop stroke, street energy, projections and drips mark a light, ironic and deeply human work.
A piece that recalls that you can change course... without forgetting where you come from.

- FRAMING TIPS
Your work is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.
Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally regains its shape before framing.
ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in hardware or home décor stores.
Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical, they showcase the works perfectly.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a versatile background who grew up in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large portion of his artistic works.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double reading, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States and Asia, strengthening his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE is also making waves in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, boosting the appeal of his creations among collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a style that has become essential.
SKE is unquestionably an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Renowned & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
AN UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY The work of SKE fits into a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to rework Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront urban aesthetics close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge. The influence of gaming, comics and manga is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you find sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also integrates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes sometimes evoking the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior.
