The poster comes from VARA's overstock; from the depot this was sold to a private museum. During a move these posters were released.

Posters were traditionally meant to be pasted with glue. This poster, however, is not. The paper of this poster has a double coating, very exclusive and highly unusual for its time. As early as the 1930s, this luxurious form of paper was sometimes used (paper also thicker than normal) and used for the promotion of luxury products such as cars, for example in catalogs. I had the poster examined by an auction house affiliated with IVPDA, and they assessed the poster as the only Dutch edition of this poster and therefore authentic.
