About the artist:

Aristomenis Theodoropoulos (born in 1988) is a visual artist and musician who lives and works in Athens, Greece. Painting is at the heart of his practice, with recurring themes including the contrasts between chaos and structure, abstract and figurative, the personal and the universal. Through his work, he seeks to create spaces where these opposing forces can coexist, both in tension and harmony. The color black is central to his medium, transforming from a symbol of negation into a tool of liberation, opening distinct avenues toward interpretation and emotional resonance.

In addition to creating ambient soundscapes to enhance the immersion of his exhibitions, Theodoropoulos has also performed, produced and released music with various local groups, while releasing his own music under the name ΦΕΥ (FEF). Alongside his music, he has also worked as an illustrator, collaborating with brands and artists, both locally and internationally.
