Interesting painting from the 20th century, signed and dated 1979 at the bottom right, characterized by a composition with a strong metaphysical and surreal imprint.

The scene represents a suspended, almost unreal urban space, built through buildings with essential geometries, tall isolated columns, and a monumental yellow structure placed at the end of a staircase. In the foreground appear geometric elements and circular shapes, while deep cracks run through the ground, accenting the sense of mystery and estrangement of the entire composition.

Particularly evocative is the contrast between the warm tones of ochre and yellow and the dark sky, stirred by large gray-blue clouds. The perspectival setup, the almost total absence of human figures, and the silent architecture clearly recall the atmospheres of Italian metaphysical painting.
