Superb wall-mounted display fountain in patinated art pewter, mounted on its original solid wood panel with shaped edging. A magnificent example of French folk art, it features rich relief decoration inspired by royalist motifs with crowns and fleur-de-lis.

The set comprises the upper reservoir with its lid and original tap, as well as the matching lower recovery basin. The contrast between the metal's grey patina and the warm wood tone offers a striking visual presence, perfect for charming decor or a countryside home.

Condition: Good overall used condition. Beautiful patina of age, light traces of natural oxidation and minor micro-scratches normal for its age. Wooden structure sound and solid.
