“ARCHEMISIO” is a contemporary painter famous for his hyperrealist oil-on-canvas works, where he blends photographic precision with the dramatic lighting characteristic of Caravaggio. Raised on the streets of Rome, from a young age he was fascinated by the Baroque masterpieces displayed in the churches and museums of the city, developing a passion for the contrast between light and shadow and for the emotional intensity of the figures.

After studying at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, Archemisio traveled through Europe and the United States, perfecting the hyperrealist technique through the study of modern artists. However, his style is distinguished by a Caravaggesque heritage: his works capture meticulous details (from wrinkles in the skin to reflections on an object) yet are immersed in a theatrical and directional light that shapes volumes and creates an atmosphere rich in symbolism.
