Gonzalez-Torres (1957-1996) - Hate/Himmler/Hole/Helms, 1990. Manifesto, 56 x 60 cm, black text on red paper, printed front and back. In 1989 he began creating his famous 'stack' works: stacks of printed sheets—resembling blocks—bearing texts or images related to his private life, from which viewers are invited to take a sheet, thus interacting directly with the work.
