Echoed Wonder is a vibrant abstract work where colour, gesture and light seem to reverberate across the surface, creating a world that feels suspended between dream and reality.
Deep burgundy, crimson and midnight blue meet luminous yellows, oranges, greens, and cobalt. Layers of colour appear to answer one another, while delicate marks and flowing lines create a sense of movement—as though something has passed through the painting and left echoes behind.
Hidden within this colourful world is Lumy, a small mysterious flower spirit from the artist’s imagined universe. She seems to have emerged from the echoes of the painting itself, quietly observing the strange and luminous world around her. Once discovered, she becomes a little guide into the painting’s more magical dimension.
Touches of golden foil catch the light among the layers, appearing and disappearing as the viewing angle changes. Together with acrylics, inks and oil pastels, they create a surface that feels energetic, luminous and full of small discoveries.
Echoed Wonder invites the viewer to look slowly—to follow the colours, find the hidden details, and perhaps discover what has been quietly echoing beneath the surface all along.

About the seller

Reihan Trandafir is a self-taught, UK-based contemporary artist whose work explores abstraction through memory, perception, and emotional depth.
Beginning her practice in 2020, she gradually evolved from soft, neutral compositions into layered, textured works that trace the quiet passage of time and the subtle rhythms of inner life.
Drawn to moments of calm and reflection within everyday life, her paintings create contemplative spaces where memory and emotion quietly unfold through colour, texture, and gesture.
