Gaby Acevedo - Velora - Huellas (XL)

In this new artwork from my series "Velora", titled "Huellas" (Footprints), I explore the memory of the landscape as a space in transformation. With it I am interested in investigating what remains after the experience: light, color, and the emotional imprint that transforms the perception of a place.

Through layers, transparencies and the contrast between blues and oranges, the work builds an interior landscape open to contemplation and to free interpretation.

Painted entirely by hand with acrylic on canvas, this is a unique and original piece.

Details of the work:

• "Velora - Huellas" is a contemporary abstract, unique and original work, made entirely by hand with professional acrylics on cotton canvas.

• Dimensions of the work: 81 cm × 100 cm.

• Created directly in my studio.

• Canvas size:
The canvas measures approximately 90 cm × 110 cm, including the margin necessary for its new mounting on a frame of 81 cm × 100 cm × 2 cm (approximately).

• Finish and protection: The work is protected with a professional satin varnish, which preserves the intensity of the colors and ensures its conservation over time.

• Unique and original work: Painted entirely by hand, signed and dated on the back by the visual artist Gaby Acevedo, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Presentation:

• The work has been done on a pre-tensioned canvas on a frame. To guarantee safe transport, it is carefully sent rolled in a rigid high-strength tube.
The edges are painted as a continuation of the composition and the canvas retains the necessary margin for its new mounting on a frame.

• The work does not include a frame or decorative surround.

• For an optimal finish, it is recommended that the mounting be carried out by a professional.

About the artist:

My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have been developing an artistic practice focused on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter and collage constitute the pillars of my visual language.
My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a different research, but all share the aim of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation.
Each work is unique and is made entirely by hand in my studio with professional high-quality materials. All my paintings are signed, dated and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
