Description from the seller
Unique work
Series: Sound Geometry
Title: Piano to Line
Technique: acrylic / canvas
Year: 2026 / July
PIANO A LINEA brings the presence of the instrument to a more essential interpretation, in which the piano is primarily recognized through its silhouette, the keyboard and a set of lines that define its structure.
The lines extend beyond the instrument itself and establish connections with the different areas of the composition, creating continuity and movement. In the background, the curved and geometric shapes suggest an open and imagined space, not representing a landscape literally.
The large planes of pink, green, blue, white and orange provide structure to the composition, while the black lines introduce precision, rhythm and contrast. The different surfaces and shapes relate to each other, creating a sense of balance and visual progression.
In PIANO A LINEA, drawing takes on a leading role and turns the piano’s structure into a graphic element. The line functions as an expressive resource that connects instrument, space and composition, translating into visual language a sense of rhythm and continuity.
The GEOMETRÍA SONORA series explores the relationship between music, space and visual composition through musical instruments, landscapes and scenes reinterpreted through geometric shapes, lines and planes. The works start from recognizable elements to transform them into compositions where the figurative and the abstract coexist within the same space.
The musical instruments act as connecting elements between image and sound, while the landscapes and scenes surrounding them acquire a more abstract dimension. The lines, curves, repetitions and different constructive structures generate a visual rhythm reminiscent of the organization and movement typical of a musical piece.
GEOMETRÍA SONORA thus offers a visual interpretation of music, where rhythm, proportion and balance build spaces that can be at once recognizable and imagined. Each work develops this relationship from a different perspective, establishing a dialogue between sound, figure, landscape, geometry and abstraction.
AUTHENTICITY
Each work is hand-signed on the back of the canvas, keeping the pictorial surface clean and without altering its visual composition. The signature includes the work title and the series, the year and month of creation, dimensions, technique and the name and signature of TRACY CANO GARCÍA.
The work is delivered with an Authenticity Certificate (COA) that certifies authorship and guarantees authenticity.
NOTE ABOUT THE IMAGES
The photographs have been taken trying to represent the work as faithfully as possible. Nevertheless, small differences in color, contrast or tone may be noticed compared to the original, due to lighting conditions during shooting as well as the settings and characteristics of each screen. These variations do not affect the actual appearance of the work.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The work will be carefully rolled in a protective tube, ensuring adequate protection during transport. This system also helps reduce packaging volume and facilitate safer and more sustainable shipping. The canvas has an additional margin of approximately 5 cm on each side, intended to allow subsequent mounting or stretching on a frame, which may be done by the buyer or by a specialized professional.
