Nux - Nes 1 Digital Wind Instrument - - Alto saxophone

The NUX NES-1 is an advanced digital wind instrument (aerophone / electronic saxophone) designed for musicians of all levels. The instrument combines traditional playing techniques with modern wireless and digital technologies.

Key Specifications & Features
Fingerings: Standard with a physical saxophone key layout. Using the menu, you can also switch to a trumpet fingering.
Sound selection: Includes 50 built-in tones, including woodwinds, brass, strings, synthesizers, and traditional Chinese instruments.
Built-in Sound: Features an integrated 2-way speaker system (a 2-inch 5W speaker for full range and a 1-inch tweeter for the high frequencies). External connection is therefore not strictly necessary for personal use.
Built-in Expression: Equipped with a breath sensor and a reed-pressure sensor in the mouthpiece to control pitch and vibrato. Additionally, there is a pitch bend wheel on the right thumb.

Connectivity & Wireless System
Wireless Audio: The instrument has a built-in 5.8 GHz transmitter. The accompanying receiver is magnetically housed in the bottom of the instrument (where it also charges) and can be plugged directly into a mixer or amplifier.
Bluetooth: Supports Bluetooth audio to effortlessly playback backing tracks from a smartphone or tablet through the instrument.
USB-MIDI: The USB-C port functions as a USB-MIDI interface, allowing the NES-1 to be used as a MIDI controller within any DAW on a computer.
Battery Life: The internal rechargeable battery provides a playtime of up to 4.5 to 6 hours on a single charge.

Easy Operation
Dual Display: Equipped with a bright full-color LCD main screen and a handy second display on top, so you can immediately see which sound number is active while playing.
M-Button: Quickly switches between three preset favorite sounds or transpositions during a live performance.
