Chess: Richard the Lionheart

Historic chess in a luxury edition, with a theme about Richard I of England, Richard the Lionheart, the Knights Templar and the Crusades, in the Holy Land, against Saladin and the Arab troops.

The pieces are a spectacular medieval historical bronze set in gold and silver, with the shields of the pawns enamelled, with great detail in their craftsmanship. Special mention deserves the Arabian horses; they are spectacular. In fact all the pieces are precious. Judge for yourself.

With dimensions for Richard I and Saladin of 9 cm and the pawns 7 cm. They have a lot of weight.

The board-container where the pieces are kept is made of wood beautifully decorated along its margins with floral motifs. With fairly large dimensions, a height of 7 cm and a width of 44 cm.
