Atop a cliff of blond limestone, an ivory-white Porsche 912 is parked facing a sea of cobalt and turquoise, the coastline indented with coves and promontories on the horizon. From behind, a blonde woman with her hair in a bun, wearing a black one-piece backless swimsuit and a white pareo tied at the waist, steps toward the car, one hand resting on the rear fender; to the right, a blue-and-white striped parasol, closed, adds a graphic note. Semiotically, everything speaks of the coastal glamour of the dolce vita: the pure line of the German coupe, the vast sea, the slender silhouette that contemplates or is about to depart. The white of the car body and the pareo, the black of the swimsuit, and the deep blue of the sea compose the chromatic signature of the corpus. "Le Yack" is a French emerging pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, known as Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) of Orléans. He is art director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45.
