πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
A versatile polymath and transmitter of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of brightly colored sculptures, a mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons, and Kaws, cradled by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — in particular Rockit (1983), which gave birth to its name. Created in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection unfolds in four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
A poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends pop audacity with playful tenderness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and visual melody. These pieces, designed to cross gaze and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before it disappears.
