2022 Artadi, Valdeginés - Rioja - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

Artadi Valdeginés wine belongs to the Single Vineyard Wine Collection of Bodegas Artadi, one of the most prestigious producers in Rioja Alavesa.

It originates from a calcareous vineyard with a loose, loamy texture, planted between 1989 and 1992 near the town of Laguardia. The east-facing plot covers 4.1 hectares and is cultivated according to organic farming practices.

After a meticulous harvest and rigorous selection of the Tempranillo grapes, this red crianza wine underwent cold maceration for 1 to 2 days before fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 12 days, with periodic pump-overs and skin stirring.

The Artadi Valdeginés 2022 red wine then completed malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, after which it was aged for 12 months. It rested for another 12 months in the cellar before being released to the market.

It is recommended to aerate this Rioja Alavesa red wine for 1 hour before serving.
