Description from the seller
Cru D Arche-Pugneau Sauternes 3 bottles. Although less known than some prestigious Sauternes wine producers, Cru d'Arche Pugneau deserves the title of one of the finest Sauternes wines. The Daney family, whose roots in the region go back to 1670, bought Cru d'Arche Pugneau in 1923. Jean-Francis Daney is the current owner; he manages 11 ha of vineyards located in the former village Boutoc, now in the Preignac district. Cru d'Arche Pugneau is characterized by an exceptional estate. Its grape variety, 80% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle, is typical for Sauternes wines. Sauternes wines often develop with age aromas of quince, exotic fruits and honey. Bottle condition visible in the photos. Personal pickup or courier shipping
