Description
Fine white porcelain teabowl with gently rounded sides rising to a subtly flared rim, raised on a neatly formed foot ring. Exquisitely decorated in vivid iron-red enamel with delicate gilded detailing: a powerful five-clawed dragon coils dynamically across the exterior, sinuous body scaled and finely outlined, pursuing flaming pearls amidst swirling clouds and above cresting waves at the base. Trimmed with fine double red lines along the rim — an elegant and auspicious design executed with fluid precision.
Condition
Structurally sound and intact; displays faint surface wear and slight fading/softening to the iron-red enamel and gilding consistent with age and gentle use — no cracks, chips or restoration.
