Roman numerals, patina white dial, with restoration between 4 and 5 o'clock, watch with prestigious Geneva movement, perfectly functioning, but I always recommend a conservative service by a vintage watch specialist/watchmaker.
The Rolex logo is clearly visible on both the dial and the movement.
Probable date 1919/1920.
