Storm - German edition - 14 Album - 1980/1991

The comic albums were drawn by the famous British comic artist Don Lawrence and lettered by Martin Lodewijk. Plot: It belongs to the famous Chronicles of Pandarve, in which the astronaut Storm and his companion Rothaar experience bizarre adventures.

Style: Don Lawrence is famous for his photorealistic, elaborate gouache- and watercolor paintings that shape this science fiction classic.

The newer four albums are unread, there is also no creasing/folding from opening the pages. No matter which page you open, they automatically flip shut. Unfortunately the edge is a little worn, probably already in the book trade (back in the Deutsche Mark era, i.e., before 2002, acquired in the book trade at Hamburg Central Station). Afterwards stored in a cloth, but not sealed in plastic.

In the countryside in my home village, the older albums pictured above from the years 1980, 1981 were offered in our village shop with each ONLY ONE COPY, in addition to the time gaps between the albums that back then I couldn't understand. Being the discoverer of one of these comics in the magazine rack AND at the moment having enough allowance money was an absolute thrill.
