AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

The work belongs to a cycle related to a project for a social campaign about high sensitivity. The title Neuroornament is a neologism I created that captures the essence of high sensitivity. On one hand, it describes the complexity of perception, thoughts, and feelings that make up the image of how the world is perceived by highly sensitive people. On the other hand, neuroornament can be interpreted as a decorative motif, inspired by neurological structures and processes — a particular combination of aesthetics with references to the functioning of the nervous system.

The work was created on a specially prepared substrate reminiscent in its structure of a plastered wall. The piece is painted on an HDF board, using acrylic paints and ceramic elements made by me.
Dimensions with the frame are 32 by 23 cm.
The piece is in very good condition; visible cracks are an intentional effect. The frame itself is in good condition, though the back is soiled with painting media.
The work will be shipped together with the frame.

BIO
I am a painter, draftsman, and author of multimedia works. I graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Eugeniusz Gepperta Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (2020-2025); previously I studied design and architecture.
My work is characterized by abstract forms inspired by nature and organic structures. In my works I explore emotions, imagining them as delicate, biological structures resembling neural networks and tissues of living organisms. A key element of my artistic practice is precise drawings done in the dotwork technique, inspired by traditional tattoo art — forms built from thousands of dots become a visual record of personal experiences and reflections on human nature.
