This scale model includes the most recent additions to the solar system.
By using carefully calculated gear ratios, the movements of the mechanical solar system correspond closely to those of the real planets.
As soon as the mechanical solar system is set in motion, the ceremonial procession of planets around the Sun begins.
At a glance it is clear that all planets orbit the central Sun, each at its own speed.
