Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can dive completely into my colors, shapes and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This passion has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and inspires me again and again. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. My aim is to make visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and interspaces that are often only expressible through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a gaze inward and outward at once.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm, you need a stretcher frame sized 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, signed by the artist on the back and dated.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were used on multiple-layer white primed gallery canvas.

Likewise, a varnish was applied to protect the work.
