Oil painting on panel by Angiolo Volpe. The artwork itself measures 49.5 cm in height and 28.5 cm in width. With its contemporary frame, it measures 69 cm in height and 43 cm in width. The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and legitimate provenance issued by an art gallery. The piece comes from a private family collection. Angiolo Volpe is a Livorno-born painter, born in 1943. Much of his work is a celebration of his homeland: views of Livorno, seascapes, and the Maremma countryside. His style reflects his origins, which brought him into contact with the Macchiaioli group. He has exhibited his works both in Italy and abroad, consistently earning critical and public acclaim. The frame is offered as a courtesy gift. Any damage to the frame during transport/shipping will not be valid grounds for canceling the order.
