Rodrigues Almanza... and founder of the Morón de la Frontera School of Painting. Seville.
He was a prominent painter with works from various periods and styles: magical realism, realist genre scenes, social denunciation... A painter representative of the golden era of Flamenco in Morón 1960-1970 through his Andalusian vanguardism, the foremost precursor of the style of Antonio Adelardo García. He has received several national and international awards and exhibitions. This work belongs to the traditional realist series, a style he practiced after returning from Catalonia to his hometown for the national decorative market during the late 1970s.
