CHESINI - X UNO - Bicycle - 1987

Stunning Chesini X-Uno vintage racing bike, prestigious Italian handmade model produced by Chesini Verona, equipped with a complete Campagnolo Chorus groupset.

The pedals come with original Campagnolo toe cages and toe straps.

The X-Uno belongs to Chesini's production from the second half of the 1980s, a period considered one of the brand's golden ages.

The bicycle is in good condition for its age.

The paint is the factory original. There are a few touch-ups performed by the previous owner to cover small scratches and marks on the frame. It is therefore not a restored or recently repainted bike, but it preserves its original configuration and paint.

The bike is rideable and functional, but the tires/tubes need replacement before road use.

Normal signs of wear and use are present, consistent with the bike's age. Therefore, before regular use, a general check of tires, brakes, drivetrain and components is recommended.

An example that preserves the charm of Italian artisanal production from the 1980s and, thanks to the Campagnolo components, can represent an interesting basis for an eventual conservation or enhancement project.

The bike is in good condition as shown in the photos; as mentioned, it has some white touch-ups that are identical to the original paint which is still present on the entire frame.
