A hand-painted multicolour Art Déco copper catch-all tray from Germany, dating to circa 1950–1960, measuring 15 × 15 × 3 cm and weighing 260 g.

Ornamental copper pocket-emptying tray, lobed in shape with hand-painted multicolored decoration. The piece features an attractive finish in gold, greens, copper tones, and reddish hues, with a central floral composition in vivid colors.
In the center there is a floral decoration accompanied by a ribbon bearing the inscription “9 APRIL 1950,” probably commemorative. The decoration is executed with rich color, and it preserves much of its original finish.
On the back it retains a stamped mark with the inscription “F. Wolbermann – HANDWERK.” “Handwerk” is a German term that refers to crafts or artisan work.
A piece of marked artisanal character and decorative nature, representative of European production of copper objects worked and painted in the mid-20th century.
