Although I cannot find a mark or signature on it, I believe it to be a Brutalist design piece by David Marschall (in my view, unmistakable)
Many of his pieces were marked on the fabric or protective leather at the base (now lost)
It was made in Spain in the late 1970s to early 1980s

Signs of use (oxidation); needs gentle cleaning to avoid removing the patina

Embora não lhe consiga encontrar marca ou assinatura, julgo tratar-se de uma peça de design Brutalista da autoria de David Marschall( no meu entender , inconfundivel)
Muitas das suas peças eram marcadas no próprio tecido ou couro protector que teriam na base( entretanto perdido)
Terá sido feita em Espanha finais dos anos 70 inicio de 80
