José María Millet López (also known as Millet) is a Spanish artist who for many years drew various characters for Disney Studios. He worked for the Danish publisher Disney, Egmont, from 1984 to 2010. He illustrated various 'Donald Duck' stories, as well as 'Mad Madam Mim' and the 'Beagle Boys' for Anders And Co. In addition to being a comic artist, he is also a painter.
He began illustrating many stories written by Dutch editors Jos Beekman, Ferdi Felderhof and Bas Schuddeboom for the magazine Donald Duck Junior. For the regular Dutch Donald Duck weekly, he drew stories featuring ‘Donald Duck’, as well as the first Dutch ‘Bambi’ story.
Millet specializes in a few specific Disney characters such as Scrooge, Donald, and Mickey.
