Giulio Santoleri’s original Aria di campagna of 2026 is a unique mixed‑media landscape on a 40 × 30 cm board, featuring enamel, acrylic, oil pastels and spray varnish, hand‑signed with initials on the lower edge and a signature on the back, shipped directly from the artist and framedless.
Description from the seller
ATTENTION! At the moment we do not ship to GERMANY, AUSTRIA, FRANCE and SWITZERLAND. This decision is due to the recent local packaging (EPR) regulations, whose high compliance and taxation costs do not currently allow us to guarantee service in these countries.
We ship only within the EU.
Unique and original work.
Mixed media on panel: enamel, acrylic, oil pastels, spray paint on a 30x40 cm panel.
Glossy transparent fixative varnish on the surface.
Initials on the lower edge and signature on the back.
The certificate of authenticity will be attached.
Unframed.
It will be carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
On the back of the panel there is a hole that can be used to hang it on the wall simply with a nail. The sides of the panel (1.5 cm) are painted black, in order to create a visual effect that simulates the appearance of a frame, thus giving depth and an elegant contrast between the work and its surroundings, as if it were enclosed in its own autonomous space. Obviously the panel can also be freely framed according to your taste.
The landscape, for Santoleri, is not a simple natural view, but a mental and emotional structure, an “interior geography” that reflects moods, silences and succinct visions of reality. His painting is characterized by an essential and contemplative approach: forms are reduced to the essential, contours are sharp, chromatic fields sober, in a constant tension between formal rigor and lyrical depth.
His works evoke suspended, almost dreamlike atmospheres, where light has a symbolic rather than descriptive function, and every element – a hill, a tree, a house – becomes an archetype. His style, balancing visual minimalism and emotional intensity, recalls certain outcomes of abstract landscape painting and Italian painting of the 20th century, while maintaining a wholly personal voice.
In 2022 he was selected for the prestigious Premio Marche – Biennale of Contemporary Art, a recognition that confirms the value of his research in the panorama of Italian contemporary art.
His works are present in private collections and exhibition spaces in Italy and abroad, across Europe, the United States and Asia, testifying to the universality of his visual language.
