Natalia Revelles, Desasimiento, acrylic painting on canvas (65 x 54 cm), hand-signed, original 2026, a contemporary Symbolist portrait from Spain, shipped stretched on a wooden frame with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Description from the seller
Title: Detachment. 54x65 cm. Unique handmade artwork. Technique: Acrylic on canvas. Hand-signed on the front. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity. The artwork is shipped stretched on its wooden stretcher bars and carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure safe delivery.
This work belongs to the Anagnórisis series, in which I explore those moments when truth is revealed and transforms the way we perceive and think.
In the composition, I depict a woman on the threshold of her own transformation. She symbolizes detachment—that moment when one releases what has defined them: the certainties they cling to and the structures through which they interpret who they are and what they believe to be real.

Natalia Revelles López (b. 1983, Córdoba, Spain) is a contemporary Symbolist painter whose work explores identity, memory, and the relationship between the human mind and nature.
She studied Fine Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts Alonso Cano in Granada, graduating in 2006. Her practice combines portraiture with natural and symbolic elements, employing expressive brushwork, rich textures, and mixed media to create psychologically charged and evocative imagery.
In recent years, her work has evolved toward an increasingly symbolic and introspective visual language, rooted in the exploration of the unconscious and the inner life. This research crystallized in her solo exhibition Reflection of the Unconscious, presented from September 4 to October 31, 2025, in the upper cloister of the Palacio de Congresos de Córdoba, a historic site of significant heritage value. In this project, Natalia explores the image as an emotional mirror, inviting the viewer to confront their own layers of consciousness.
