This work presents a frontal female portrait with a clean and restrained composition. The elongated face appears divided vertically between blue-gray and cream, while one eye remains closed and the other looks straight at the viewer. This contrast conveys a sense of serenity, introspection, and balance between the inner world and the external.

The hair forms a large arc around the head and falls straight to either side of the face. Its two halves, one black and the other violet, continue the central division of the figure and reinforce its duality. The nose is reduced to a rectangular outline, while the red lips become the main point of intensity within the face.

The neck prolongs the colors of the face and ends in a collar formed by wide black, violet, and cream curves. The clothing combines blocks of orange, blue, black, violet, and ivory with vertical lines, semicircles and circular shapes. This organization transforms the body into an abstract and architectural composition.

The background is divided into large rectangular zones of orange, cream, and blue-gray. The opposition between warm and cool tones adds depth and energy, while the black lines keep visual unity. Its neocubist and hard-edge language stands out for the clarity of forms, the precision of drawing, and a contemporary presence of great decorative strength.

With each new work, The 1000 Faces grows into a large visual archive of imaginary characters. Each painting can be viewed independently, but it is also part of a collective work whose ultimate goal is to gather a thousand different ways of representing the human face.
