Gayo ceremonial knife, very difficult to obtain, especially in these conditions. The 25-centimeter blade is almost intact, without rust damage and has a slight edge damage. The handle is made of bovine horn with a brass band and a corona of suassa. The sheath is silver-plated with an interwoven decoration in copper or perhaps suassa. The upper part of the sheath was damaged and repaired in ancient times by Batak artisans, and it has a composite section with a different silver alloy that shows coppery reflections. Total length 33 centimeters.

Coltello cerimoniale Gayo molto difficile da reperire, soprattutto in queste condizioni. La lama da 25 centimetri è quasi intatta, senza danni da ruggine ed ha un lieve danno al filo. Il manico è in corno bovino con una fascia in ottone ed una corona di suassa. Il fodero è rivestito in argento con una decorazione intrecciata in rame o forse suassa. La parte superiore del fodero fu danneggiata e riparata in epoca antica dagli artigiani Batak ed ha una parte composta con una lega di argento diversa che presenta riflessi ramati. Lunghezza totale 33 centimetri.
