DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT
An exceptional bibliographic lot aimed at collectors specialized in the J.K. Rowling universe and completest of the international translations of the saga. The set offers the three first volumes of Harry Potter in Catalan, published in Barcelona by the historic Editorial Empúries in 2000.
The main value of this lot lies in its graphic proposal: all copies retain the original covers designed and illustrated by the prestigious Catalan designer Enric Jardí. This iconic, avant-garde and minimalist aesthetic — completely different from the standard international covers — was withdrawn and discontinued prematurely due to global-brand constraints, making these copies rare bibliographic items very difficult to find on the current secondary market.

Covers and dust jackets: Retain the original vivid coloration. Show light signs of handling along the edges and corners typical of their age (over 25 years), with no severe creases or tears.
Spine: Firm, well aligned, and with the collection numbering clearly legible. The spine of volume 1 shows a very slight aesthetic fatigue at the bottom that does not affect the binding’s solidity.
Interior: Clean pages, compact block of text, with no writings, signatures, ex-libris or underlinings. Paper with the natural tone of the era.
