Description: Up for auction is a splendid vintage pocket watch signed Pryngeps, the renowned Milanese watchmaker.
This model belongs to the historic "Blue Blood Watches" collection and is a classic savonette (with a snap-on cover).
The timepiece is in extraordinary, mint condition (New Old Stock), coming from a private collection.
The gold-plated case is finely engraved on both sides with refined floral motifs and geometric scrolls, free of scratches, dents, or wear to the plating.
Movement: Manual-wind mechanical with 17 Jewels (17 rubies). The mechanism is smooth, keeps perfect time, and features a regular and crisp tick.
Dial: White ceramic with Roman numerals and classic Louis XVI-style hands (the photos of the open dial show the total absence of bloom or defects).
