Irina Biatturi, winner of the Public Prize and the prestigious President’s Prize at the Florence Biennale 2023 in Italy, honored as the Best European Artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and former student of the Nicolae Grigorescu Institute of Fine Arts (UNArte) in Bucharest, has dedicated herself to painting since childhood. Having lived in several countries, notably Mexico and New Zealand, she now regards Antibes as her home and artistic center. Her oil paintings, focused on themes of femininity and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant atmosphere of the Côte d’Azur, where she has resided for more than two decades.
