Very beautiful decorative plate in Longwy enamels, entirely hand-decorated according to the famous cloisonné enamel technique of the factory.

The piece features a rich polychrome floral decor on a superb intense turquoise blue background. The composition consists of a multitude of flowers and foliage in vivid colours, surrounding a central ivory medallion adorned with large flowers in shades of orange, yellow, blue and green.

The back is also enameled in a pretty turquoise blue and bears the factory mark:

“ Hand-decorated – Émaux de Longwy – France ”

The piece retains its old metal hanging system allowing it to be displayed directly on the wall.

Very high quality workmanship, with the dark outlines characteristic of true Longwy enamels and a particularly luminous palette.

Condition: very good overall. No chips, cracks, or crazing to report. Slight signs of use or aging may be present, in line with the piece’s age. The photographs are an integral part of the description.
