Landscapes: Treasures of Nature

Due to thinning of my collection I am offering this splendid painting by the renowned Hague School painter Philip Sadée (1837-1904).
It depicts a summer scene with a family, and was painted en plein air in oil on cardboard.
Framed, the dimensions are 31 × 41 centimeters, the inner measurements are 16.5 × 26 centimeters.
Signed on the bottom left and annotated on the bottom right; July 1866.
The work is in excellent condition; the current owner had it restored in 2023 due to a hole around the bottom-left signature. This was done reversibly, should the buyer wish to restore it to its original state.

Wegens het uitdunnen van mijn collectie bied ik dit schitterende schilderij van de gerenommeerde schilder uit de Haagse School Philip Sadée (1837-1904) aan. Het betreft een zomers tafereel met een familie, en plen air vervaardigd in olieverf op karton.  Gelijst zijn de afmetingen 31 / 41 centimeter, de binnenmaten zijn: 16,5/26 centimeter. 
Linksonder gesigneerd en rechtsonder geannoteerd; July 1866. 
Het werk is in uitstekende staat, door de huidige eigenaar is dit werk in 2023 gerestaureerd in verband met een gaatje rondom de signatuur linksonder. Dit is reversibel gedaan, mocht de koper het in originele staat willen herstellen.
