A particularly rare evening piece. Spectacular harem/sarouel cut with a low inseam and short legs. The strapless bustier top is structured and lined, creating a loose yet sculptural silhouette characteristic of Stefano Pilati's work for Yves Saint Laurent. The same style/model was worn by actress Becki Newton during a public appearance in 2012, photographed in this Yves Saint Laurent ensemble (see photo).
