A suggestive devotional depiction of Saint Roch, recognizable by the pilgrim’s attire, the staff, and the wound on his thigh, aided by an angel.

The work belongs to the culture of the Dalmatian school, in which local and Byzantine traditions merge with the models of Venetian painting.

The surface shows widespread abrasions, pigment losses, and signs of aging, compatible with the antiquity of the piece.
