Curiosities about the winery and producer
An millennial story: The name "Dievole" first appears in a rental contract dated 1090. It literally means "God wills", making the estate a historic site with nearly a thousand years of viticultural tradition.
Biological philosophy and terroir: Dievole is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the southern part of Chianti Classico. The estate has fully converted its vineyards to organic farming and uses large 41 hl French oak casks for aging, preserving the pure varietal expression of Sangiovese.
