Gaby Acevedo - Lucis fragmenta - Luxorama (XL)

“Luxorama” is a unique and original abstract work belonging to my series "Lucis Fragmenta,” a project in which I explore how form and color reveal different presences of light. Through chromatic relationships, contrasts, and overlapping layers, I build a visual space where color generates movement, intensity, vibration, and emotion.

Completely handmade with acrylic on canvas, the work brings together planes of varying intensity that meet, balance, and transform the pictorial space. "Luxorama" unfolds a dynamic dialogue between color, matter, and composition, where light seems to emerge from the painting process itself and the work remains open to contemplation and free interpretation.

• "Lucis fragmenta - Luxorama" is a contemporary abstract work of art, unique and original, entirely handmade with professional acrylic on cotton canvas.

• Dimensions of the work: 120 cm × 40 cm.

• Created directly in my studio.

• Canvas size: The canvas measures approximately 130 cm × 50 cm, including the margin necessary for its new mounting on a 120 cm × 40 cm × 2 cm frame (approximately).

• Finish and protection: The work is protected with a professional satin varnish, which preserves color intensity and guarantees its preservation over time.

• Unique and original work: Painted entirely by hand, signed and dated on the reverse by the artist Gaby Acevedo, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Presentation:

• The work has been created on a canvas previously stretched on a frame. To ensure safe transport, it is carefully shipped rolled in a high-strength rigid tube.
The edges are painted as a continuation of the composition and the canvas retains the margin necessary for its new mounting on a frame.

• The work does not include a frame or decorative surround.

• For an optimum finish, it is recommended that mounting be carried out by a professional.

About the artist:

My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have developed an artistic practice centered on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter, and collage are the pillars of my visual language.
My work arises from observation and dialogue with the landscapes, spaces we inhabit, and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a distinct inquiry, but all share the goal of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation.
Each work is unique and entirely handmade in my studio with high-quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
