Description
A very charming and decorative boudoir cabinet, richly decorated in the luxuriant Neorococo style. The frame is beautifully worked with classic Rococo-rocaille, floral and shell motifs in repoussé metal over a wooden core.
The door features a fine faceted mirror. When you open the cabinet, a gold-colored interior reveals the two original, matching brushes hanging. These brushes are adorned with the same sumptuous motif and still have their original natural hairs. A wonderful and nostalgic time document that used to serve as a wedding gift.
