Beautiful and versatile collection of 11 antique and vintage silver objects from the Netherlands, France, and England. An interesting and varied lot for the European silver collector.

Overview of the collection:

Massive / cast silver lion (Netherlands, ’s-Hertogenbosch):

Beautifully detailed lying lion (134 grams) (miniature / furniture or lid ornament).

Stamped with assaying mark (800) and city/master marks (’s-Hertogenbosch).

Engraved silver goblet (55 grams) / Timbale (France):

Classic French drinking cup with fine guilloché/machined engraved pattern and floral cartouche.

Inspected on the bottom with French silver marks (including master mark in a diamond).

Classic pepper shaker on legs (50 grams) (England):

Elegant baluster-shaped shaker on three claw feet with a profiled rim.

Fitted with clear English hallmarks (including date letter, city mark and maker).

Set of 8 pieces of Dutch silver cutlery and spoons:

Various sugar/tea spoons and small ladles with twisted stems, engravings, openwork crowns, and shell-shaped / ladle-shaped bowls (including a cream/punch ladle with hook and floral motifs).

Marked with various Dutch silver marks (including sword, master marks and date letters).
