πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
Multipurpose artist and transmitter of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of vividly colored sculptures, a mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, cradled by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), hence its name. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection comes in four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT fuses pop bravado with playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and a visual melody. These pieces, designed to engage the eye and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before it disappears.
