This item is a set of five copperplate prints titled "Inogashira" published in 1976.
The set consists of five copperplate prints depicting the natural scenery of Inokashira Park in Tokyo: "Kohan", "Metasekoia no Hayashi", "Shizenrin A", "Shizenrin B", and "Bairin".
Artist Profile:
After graduating from university in 1953, he started copperplate printmaking in 1957.
After leaving his employer in 1965, he devoted himself to painting.
He participated in major exhibitions in Japan and abroad, including the Florence International Print Biennale and the Ljubljana International Print Biennale.
